While we follow best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including leads, sales, revenue, or ROAS.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Lack of expected performance

  • Market conditions or competition

  • Platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Budget constraints or client-side delays


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once work has started:

  • Strategy, audits, and consulting sessions

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any paid media management

  • Landing page design, website design, or CRO work

  • Analytics, tracking, and automation setup

  • Creative, ad copy, or design deliverables

  • Monthly retainers and management fees

Once resources, time, or access has been allocated, no refund will be provided.


4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)

  • Services were not initiated at all after payment

  • A written agreement explicitly mentions a refund clause

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting administrative and processing costs, where applicable.


5. Subscription & Retainer Services

For monthly retainers or ongoing services:

  • Fees are charged in advance

  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days or early termination

Services will continue until the end of the paid period.


6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising spend on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Software, tools, plugins, or licenses

  • Domain, hosting, or API-related charges

These costs are governed by third-party refund policies, not ours.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is a violation of this policy.

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve concerns.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Legal action if necessary


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
